Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients through company help desk software, such as Zendesk in addition to other remote access desktop programs
  • Talk to staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
  • Support the roll-out of new applications
  • Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
  • Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
  • Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time
Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred
  • Basic understanding of SQL
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role

  • Good customer handling skills
  • Strong problem solving
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Team player with excellent team spirit
