Get to Know Our Team:
The Growth and Accelerator team comprises creative entrepreneurs dedicated to developing solutions for Agoda's emerging and high-growth accommodation partners. Team members are empowered to drive growth in their markets/accounts, establishing mutually beneficial relationships and leveraging Agoda's unique accommodations portfolio and tech solutions to provide partners with competitive advantages. The team's focus is on introducing new products to increase Agoda's visibility, attract more travelers, and drive substantial revenues for the business.
The Opportunity:
As a Partner Executive, your primary goal is to expand Agoda's supply network in terms of coverage and quality. Together with your team, you will manage a portfolio of high-growth supply partners and support partnership-related functions efficiently.
In this role, you'll have the chance to:
- Contact high-growth supply partners to identify revenue growth opportunities and maximize value
- Drive program participation through targeted project sprints
- Engage partners effectively using various communication methods such as phone, email, messaging, and webinars
- Utilize data and dashboards to prioritize tasks
- Educate partners on Agoda's technologies, tools, and models
- Manage daily priorities, monitor results, and track progress in internal systems
- Respond promptly and effectively to partner requests
What You Need to Succeed:
- Proficiency in Greek & English
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development or a related role; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Basic computer skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Demonstrated success in using data to drive achievements and make informed decisions
- Curiosity and a history of meeting ambitious targets autonomously
- Ability to perform under pressure in a competitive and fast-paced industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of having meaningful conversations with partners daily
- Adaptability to a dynamic environment and openness to changing responsibilities and workflows as needed
- Capability to support EMEA markets and adhere to EMEA business hours
