Growth and Accelerator Team
The Growth and Accelerator Team at Agoda is a group of innovative entrepreneurs focused on developing solutions for our expanding accommodation partners. We strive to establish mutually beneficial relationships, leveraging Agoda's unique technologies and accommodations to drive success for our partners and the business as a whole.
The Opportunity:
As a Partner Performance Specialist, your primary goal is to enhance Agoda's supply network by fostering growth and maintaining quality relationships with our supply partners. You will handle a diverse portfolio, engage with various partners, and drive partnership-related functions efficiently.
In this role, you will:
- Contact high-potential supply partners to identify revenue opportunities and maximize collaboration
- Engage with new partners to facilitate their registration process
- Promote program participation through targeted projects
- Communicate effectively with partners using phone, email, messaging, and webinars
- Provide training on Agoda's technologies and tools to partners
- Manage daily tasks, monitor outcomes, and track progress using internal systems
What you'll need to succeed:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development or a related role, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic computer skills and a knack for analysis
- Proven ability to use data for decision-making and achieving goals
- Inquisitive mindset with a history of meeting ambitious targets
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced industry
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with partners effectively
- Adaptability to changes and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities
- Experience supporting Middle East markets and adhering to their business hours
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Located in Cairo
