Meet Our Team:

The Growth and Accelerator team focuses on developing innovative solutions for Agoda's expanding network of accommodation partners. We aim to establish mutually beneficial relationships by utilizing our technology and unique portfolio to drive growth and success for our partners and our business as a whole.

The Role:

As a Partner Executive, your primary objective is to enhance Agoda's supply network by working closely with high-growth partners. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key partners and supporting partnership functions at scale.

Responsibilities include:

  • Contacting high-growth partners to identify revenue opportunities
  • Driving program engagement through strategic projects
  • Engaging with partners via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Utilizing data to prioritize tasks and track progress
  • Training partners on our technologies and tools
  • Responding promptly and effectively to partner requests

Requirements for Success:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in business development preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Proven track record of using data to inform decisions
  • Curiosity and drive for achieving ambitious targets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
