Growth and Accelerator Team: The Growth and Accelerator Team is a group of creative entrepreneurs dedicated to developing solutions for Agoda's emerging and high-growth accommodation partners. We focus on fostering mutually beneficial relationships, leveraging Agoda's unique accommodations portfolio, and technology solutions to bring our partners the benefits they seek.
The Opportunity: Join us as a Partner Performance Specialist, where your main goal is to expand Agoda's supply network coverage and quality. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of emerging supply partners, offering support and guidance to enhance partnership functions at scale.
In this role, you'll get to:
- Contact high-growth supply partners to identify revenue growth opportunities
- Reach out to new or potential supply partners to assist with their registrations
- Drive program participation through focused project sprints
- Effectively communicate with partners through various channels
- Provide training on technologies, tools, and models to partners
- Monitor results, track progress, and prioritize daily tasks
What you'll need to succeed:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development or a related role
- Basic computer skills and analytical capabilities
- Proven track record in data analysis and decision-making
- Autonomous, results-driven, and able to work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible to adapt to a dynamic environment and changing responsibilities
- Ability to support EMEA markets and fluency in English and Turkish
- Located in Cairo
