Meet the Team:
Growth and Accelerator team is a group of creative entrepreneurs dedicated to developing solutions for Agoda's emerging accommodation partners. Their focus is on fostering mutually beneficial relationships and utilizing Agoda's unique portfolio and technology to provide partners with the support they need. By introducing new products, enhancing brand visibility, and driving revenue growth, the team contributes significantly to the business.
The Role:
As a Partner Executive, your primary responsibility is to expand Agoda's supply network's coverage and quality. Together with your team, you manage a group of high-growth supply partners, supporting partnership-related functions at scale.
In this position, you will:
- Contact high-growth supply partners to identify revenue growth opportunities
- Encourage program participation through focused project sprints
- Communicate effectively with partners via various modes of communication
- Utilize data and dashboards for task prioritization
- Provide training and information on technologies, tools, and models to partners
- Manage daily tasks, monitor outcomes, and track progress in internal systems
- Respond promptly and effectively to partner requests
Requirements for Success:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development or a related field
- Basic computer skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Proven track record of using data to drive decisions and achieve goals
- Curiosity and autonomous, result-driven mindset
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to adapt to dynamic environments
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English
- Able to support EMEA markets and operate within EMEA business hours
