Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to operations.
- Analyze operational data and generate reports for management.
- Implement and manage operational software and tools.
Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between management and staff.
- Communicate operational updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Resolve operational issues and provide support to team members.
Quality Control:
- Monitor the quality of operational activities and implement improvements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure standards are met.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance programs.
Financial Oversight:
- Assist in budget planning and expense management.
- Monitor operational expenditures and optimize cost-efficiency.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an operational or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
