Job Description

Operational Support:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate daily operations and address any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Logistics Management:

  • Oversee the scheduling and management of logistics and transportation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of supplies and materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.

Workflow Coordination:

  • Develop and implement efficient workflow processes.
  • Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to operations.
  • Analyze operational data and generate reports for management.
  • Implement and manage operational software and tools.

Communication:

  • Serve as a liaison between management and staff.
  • Communicate operational updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Resolve operational issues and provide support to team members.

Quality Control:

  • Monitor the quality of operational activities and implement improvements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance programs.

Financial Oversight:

  • Assist in budget planning and expense management.
  • Monitor operational expenditures and optimize cost-efficiency.
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to operations.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an operational or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
