Job Description

1. Scheduling Management: Efficiently organize and manage the weekly schedules of operators within branches. Collaborate with branch managers to ensure appropriate coverage and efficient utilization of staff resources.

2. Vacation Approval: Review and approve operator vacation requests based on staffing requirements, operational needs, and labor regulations. Coordinate with branch managers to balance vacation requests and maintain optimal staffing levels.

3. Alternative Operator Arrangements: Identify and provide alternative operators when scheduled operators are unable to fulfill their shifts due to unforeseen circumstances. Coordinate with other operators or departments to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

4. Onboarding of New Operators: Develop and implement an effective onboarding process for new operators within branches. Coordinate with HR team members and branch managers to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires, including orientation, training, and integration into the team.

5. Staffing Analysis: Monitor and analyze staffing needs based on patient volumes, service demands, and operational requirements. Provide recommendations for adjustments to staffing levels or schedules to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.

6. Labor Regulations Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations related to scheduling, working hours, operator availability, and onboarding procedures. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and address any conflicts or issues that arise.

7. Communication and Coordination: Maintain effective communication channels with operators, branch managers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth scheduling operations and onboarding processes. Collaborate with HR team members to address any staffing-related concerns or queries.

Job Requirements

Requirements and qualifications 
1. Education :  Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, healthcare management, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
2. Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience .
3. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with operators, branch managers. Ability to effectively convey scheduling changes, onboarding processes, policies, and expectations.
4. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple schedules, vacation requests, onboarding processes, and alternative arrangements. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address scheduling conflicts, staffing gaps, onboarding challenges, and unexpected changes. Ability to think creatively and provide efficient solutions.
