Job Description

  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of training programs.
  • Ensure that training resources, facilities, and materials are available and prepared.
  • Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and subject matter experts to deliver effective training sessions.
  • Develop comprehensive training plans and schedules..
  • Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the operational team and oversee tasks related to training courses.
  • Evaluate the performance of training courses, ensuring alignment with objectives and quality standards.
  • Implement control and review procedures to ensure the required quality system.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on the entire training process and training Programs
Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training coordination  in training company or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent Reporting Writing Skills.
