Job Description

We have a vacancy at our Cairo office for a Project Admin Coordinator.

This core function is tasked to aid and facilitate the research and management team to complete their tasks and projects as part of the company’s core operations.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Data Entry

· Transcribing and translating phone calls from Arabic to English and vice-versa.

·  Documents, addresses and university certificates verification through online research and phone calls.

·  Project coordination.

.  Handling the documents with our outside agent.

·  Prepare requested documents for team members.

·  Assist with the governmental affairs.

·  Prepare and update team with tasks assigned through progress reports.

Job Requirements

  • Job requirements:

    . A degree in business management, business administration, or a related field.
    . Prior experience as a project administrator or a related administrative role.
    . Attention to detail.
    . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    . Excellent organizational skills.
    . Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
    . Excellent in English (written & Spoken).

    Working Conditions:
    · Fixed working hours from 8:30 am to 5 pm, (Friday and Saturday off).
