**Job purpose**
- Account Manager is the link between the client and the entire agency team. Along with their team, the account manager acts as both the salesperson for the agency and as the client's representative within the agency._ _Account Manager also leads the agencies ideas presentation, ensuring the ideas remain faithful to the brief and that it is kept within the time frame and budget. The most important task in account management is to design the brief; a well-targeted brief can be the making of a great campaign. _

**Duties and responsibilities**
- _Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them (Online-Offline). _
- _Investigate and determine clients’ wants and needs._
- _Creating, Executing, and Developing proposals for potential clients and Handling client’s issues._
- _Define most important social media client satisfaction._
- _Attending meetings for existing and potential clients._
- _Prepare and present reports on digital advertising campaign performance on a monthly or weekly basis with the help of media buyer._
- _Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust._
- _Create a marketing strategy that Aligns with clients' digital marketing strategies and overall business goals._
- _Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns with the help of media buyer._
- _Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase their ROI._
- _Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client._
- _Market research and analysis._
- _Presenting effective social media strategies and training to clients when needed._
- _Attending a day shooting._
- _Mentoring some tasks like (Printing -media buying
- monitoring the web master)._
- _Coordination of work with designers and video editors,BD, Moderation, and creative director._
- _Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology._

- _Any other duties or task that may be assigned as per the business need._

**Qualifications and skills**
- _BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field._
- _Proven experience as a Digital account manager (2-3 years)._
- _Experience with customer service and account management._
- _In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms._
- _Excellent ability to communicate in writing or verbally._
- _Critical thinker and problem-solving skills._
- _Communicate with clients and make sure of the client’s satisfaction of the agency performance._
- _Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets._
- _Strong deal closing and negotiation skills._
- _High level of analytical and organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail._
- _Real understanding of print and web advertising opportunities._
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills._

**Account Manager Work Conditions**:
**_Travel_**_: Mostly office based but could involve travel to visit clients._

**_Working hours_**_: mainly 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday. It can also involve long hours to meet particular deadlines._

Also; you are not allowed to work as a freelancer in a competitive company or such as DPM Company otherwise your contract with DPM will be terminated immediately._
