**Key Responsibilities**:

- Account Growth & Revenue Expansion: Drive account success through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals, consistently exceeding targets.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, including C-level executives, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
- Analytical Insights**: Transform numbers and performance data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years as an Account Manager (localization industry experience is a **must**).
- **Skills**: Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills with a client-first approach.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Fresh works, etc.); familiarity with marketing activities is a plus.
- **Presentation Skills**: Confidence in leading client meetings and delivering compelling business proposals.
- **Language**: Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
