We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Senior
Accounting Manager

to manage the full accounting cycle for assigned clients. This includes overseeing monthly closings, reconciliations, financial reporting, and supporting external audits and tax filings. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience using ERP systems like Zoho or Odoo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle, including journal entries, month-end and year-end closings.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements and internal/external reports.
  • Perform account reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer, intercompany, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Support external audits and coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify errors and suggest process improvements.
  • Utilize ERP systems (Zoho, Odoo, or similar) and Excel to streamline reporting and workflow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting ERP systems (Zoho, Odoo, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
