Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring their financial needs are met while driving customer satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities include maintaining and growing client accounts, responding to inquiries, problem-solving, and collaborating with internal teams to align on client goals. The Account Manager will also track performance metrics, build effective strategies, and provide insights to improve and expand Sempo's services.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Experience in account growth, strategy development, and problem-solving
  • Ability to track metrics, analyze performance data, and present insights
  • Knowledge of financial services, digital banking, or fintech industries
  • Proficiency in managing accounts within the MENA region is a plus
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Cairo
