Supports the Category Business Manager. Responsibilities could include - facilitating the flow of category information & expertise to and from both sales and marketing / ensure that Category strategies are supported with strong fact-based arguments on an ongoing basis / analysing shopper behavior to gain shopper insights into buying behavior.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE **
- Develop channel strategies and own the sales commercial planning process and ensure sales and marketing planning objectives, strategies and tactics are closely aligned through integrated planning process.
- Manage trade activities including tailor made promotions and evaluate all trade promotions to ensure the effectiveness of trade investment and control CCS and TPP.
- Builds clear vision on the ideal POP for relevant categories and channels based on shopper understanding and its execution.
- Ensure that NPD initiatives fall in place with regards to channel requirements with primary focus on price and margins strategy.
- Handle all trade marketing related activities including trade press.
- Coordinate sales system development.

**What will make you successful**
- FMCG experience is a must
- Minimum 5 years comprehensive work experience in the related business areas
- Experience in Project management
- Experience working in cross functional teams is a must
- You will, ultimately, be responsible for managing some of the world’s biggest brands. This will demand an ability to work under pressure, be curios, passionate and drive change within the business
