Channel Execution Senior Manager: On Premise

**Position Overview**:
**This role supports the Franchise Unit Leader, in developing our channel commercial execution growth pillars in ISD, Distributor + Wholesale management, OOS management, & On Premise HORECA Channel Management**:
- ** Provide the bottler with thought leadership on distributor model implementation based on global best practices**:
- ** ISD outlet segmentation and correct OBPPC Implementation by region and SEC SKU Rationalization**:
- ** Develop the correct loyalty programs to improve unforgivable distribution and develop WS and distributors**:
- ** Monitoring and working with the bottler on ensuring price stability across different channels and avoiding any cross channels sales and loading**:
- ** CHANNELS PICOS Development & Execution, Channels PICOS Impact Measuring & Tracking**:
- ** Support Franchise Director in Market Share Gain Plan Development & Tracking. Competition Performance Follow Up & Mitigation Planning.**:
- ** ISD: Distributors Management, Segmentation, P&L Benchmarking, Wholesale Visibility**:
- ** AFH HORECA Plan Development & Execution;**:
- ** Census and outlet segmentation**:
- ** Develop and implement the right OBPPC**:
- ** IC: DRIVE SS & Recruitment Plans in AFH Channel focusing on local eateries including cost to serve, routing and selling story**:
- ** Omni Channel Business Development**:
- ** Accelerate growth without causing price fluctuations**:
- ** Ensuring share leadership and the right checks and balances to manage channel**:
- ** Develop correct metric score card**:

- ** Identify and set up the adequate RTM / RED / Sales Force Effectiveness tools using the latest technology that is relevant for Algeria**:
- ** Develop new routines and business processes to improve the daily operations of our sales team**:
- ** Works internally and with various stakeholders, leveraging global best practices to create locally relevant practices.**:
**Education & r**elated Work Experience**:
- ** Bachelors **Degree**:
- ** 10 - 12 years if experience in same field**:
- ** Prior** **commercial/franchise** / sales **operations** **experience** **is** important.**:
- **RTM Work, Data Analytics, understanding of how Business Operations works.**:
- **Proven ability to work across cultures, and multiple functions, stakeholders remotely to properly blend various kinds of analysis and data sources to craft action-oriented recommendations that drive business growth.**:
