Junior Channel Manager

**Job Purpose**
Handles product promotions, point of sale materials, brand visibility and activations within all Off
- Trade channels along with ensuring that Picture of Success (PICOS) standards are met.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Handles the promotion planning, budget allocation & tracking for alcoholic beverages (AB) and trade marketing.
- Aligns with the demand and sales teams on all on-going promotions and performs adjustments as needed.
- Keeps the database up-to-date on all promotions along with pre and post ROI evaluations.
- Assists in point of sale material (POSM), for consumer activations, with marketing department alignment.
- Manages outdoor visibility of shop signs and shop tents. Assesses and identifies qualified suppliers and ensures constant maintenance for all shops.
- Gathers input and builds data modules to assess compliance with PICOS standards.
- Suggests initiatives to optimize the business flow in all channels.
- Weekly market visits for customer and consumers insights gathering along with auditing AMs inputs.
- Ensures excellent brand visibility inside all channels. Visits premises and manages the placement of the brands. Recommends options and designs for brand visibility and gets the necessary approvals.
- Attends commercial, local & global, meetings and provides input and insights to set the plan for the coming month.
- Develops and submits bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.

**Education & Experiences**
**Educational Background**
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
**Years of Experience**
2 - 4 years of experience in Sales. Trade Marketing is preferable
**Qualifications & Other Requirements
Excellent command of English Language
Very Good Microsoft Skills
