Head of Channels Development

Dsquares as one of the leading loyalty and rewards solutions' provider in MEA, working with many well-known clients such as Vodafone, Visa, Mastercard, Coca Cola, P&G, Exxon Mobil, Uber and many others is looking for a **Head of Channels Development **who'll work on managing Dsquares current business partners and approach new partners mainly in the GCC, and East/West/North Africa. These partners will get business leads to Dsqaures.
He/She will be developing and managing sales channels through selected partners, creating and implementing partner specific business plans that delivers sales growth for Dsquares.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of channel partners.
- Act as a liaison between Dsquares BD team and assigned channel partners in the potential leads.
- Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective regional channel partners.
- Responsible for approaching and signing agreements with regional potential partners in the targeted territories.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct teams.
- Ensures partner compliance with Channel Partner agreements.
- Participate in the partner planning process that focuses on mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and main milestones associated with a profitable partner relationship.
- Previous experience of driving channel sales.
- Experience selling in the Software Development Tools space via channel partnerships.
- Experience managing partner relationships that are based in developing and delivering service offerings tied to vendor product.
- Demonstrated progressive experience with B2B sales.
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners and Dsquares teams.
- Strong personal network within the industry.
- Driven, highly motivated and results driven.
- Ability to travel if needed and comply with the company’s travel policy.
