**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking for a
**Head of Operational Marketing & Corporate Communications **for one of our partners, a very well-known Company.
**Job Summary**:
The job's role is to support the company in achieving its strategic PUSH to PULL objectives; through the below three different functions:
- Brand / Operational Marketing: Enhance & shape our partner's Brand Equity, Awareness, Visibility, and build relevant company's Brand Positioning, Elements of Value with target customers’ segments, capitalizing on group assets and local initiatives / partnerships. And decide on targeted and customer-centric propositions and performance campaigns with the purpose of supporting sales channels’ growth.
- Digital Marketing: Direct building & maintaining key Brand elements proposition & equities through owned & third party digital assets, influencers & bloggers, leveraging a full spectrum of digital marketing channels to ensure growing and engaging our partner's customer base.
- Corporate Communications & Responsibility: Leads building positive corporate public image & reputation by directing required plans to reinforce and communicate the corporate purpose, strategies, and initiatives internally to increase employees’ engagement & loyalty.
This role reports to the Board Member - Chief Market Management Officer
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Brand / Marketing**:
- Enhance the company's brand equity, building on group Brand Positioning, Promise & Attributes to reflect Group Elements of Value, local research findings (e.g. Brand Persona, Needs-States Map, and Brand Imagery with target customers’ segments), capitalizing on group assets and local initiatives / partnerships; this shall be done through:
- Decide on Branding, Communications & Digital Marketing strategy.
- Steer marketing plans, Brand Health research and Tracker system.
- Direct development of all ATL & BTL production, media planning, booking & buying with execution excellence; and lead brand teams and 3rd party agencies in planning and executing fully fledged ATL communication & on-ground BTL activations to drive achieving short & long-term brands’ objectives.
- Direct effective Partnerships' management with agency partners (Creative, Digital Marketing, Media and Contents Creation...etc.).
- Decide on most appropriate and relevant communication vehicles/channels that deliver the communication objectives.
- Direct launching of periodical Thematic Brand campaign, leveraging on the company's partnerships' impacts.
- Sign off plans to strengthen brand awareness & equity through improving the brand imagery, perceiption & likability utilizing the Partnership with the Global Olympic Movement through building engaged fans base on Thematic Sports ATL/BTL Campaigns; while directing it's execution excellence.

Enhance the company's BRAND PERFORMANCE, builinging positive Customers' Experience, through**:
- Steer developing targeted and customer-centric propositions and performance campaigns.
- Marketing Support campaigns for our partner's innovations, sales initiatives, lead generation campaigns, branches opening support.
- Enhance the communication with the existing customers through out-of-the-box ideas.
- Support our partner's sales channels’ performance growth.
- Revamp product / marketing materials and contents according to group's guidelines through Co-Creation workshop with different stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Sales Management in full year sales activities and event calendar.
- ** Corporate Communications**:
- Directs development process of contents strategy and key messaging (to be disseminating/covered well via proper channels & occasions), and consistent company positioning/imagery with proper consistent copywriting and story telling across different external & internal mediums/channels (e.g. ATL, print, digital PR, press releases, articles, media interviews, press conferences/media round tables, events, newsletters/offers, internal communications, with all relevant placements and execution).
