As a Business Development Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expansion in the dynamic market of AI-powered solutions. Your primary focus will be on **leveraging your extensive network and expertise** to generate new business opportunities and close deals, particularly in the GCC region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Direct Sales & Network Utilization**: Proactively engage with your existing network of CIOs, Heads of Data, Heads of Digital Transformation, and key decision-makers in the retail and e-commerce sector to drive direct sales. Your ability to leverage these relationships will be critical in achieving sales targets.
- **Channel Partnerships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a variety of channel partners to sell our solutions indirectly. This will include identifying potential partners, negotiating partnership agreements, and managing ongoing partner relationships.
- **Regional Travel**: Frequent travel within the GCC region to meet potential clients and partners, attend industry events, and close deals.
- **Market Analysis & Strategy Development**: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target key markets and segments.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Work closely with our product and marketing teams to understand our offerings deeply and align sales strategies with company goals. Provide feedback from the market to guide product development and marketing strategies.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the AI, tech, or related industry.
- Proven track record in direct sales, partnership development, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong existing network in the technology sector, particularly with CIOs, Heads of Data, and digital transformation leaders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently within the GCC region.
