As our Primary Arabic Teacher, you'll play a crucial role in igniting a love for the Arabic language in our youngest students, making learning fun and accessible.

What You'll Do:

- Plan and deliver dynamic and age-appropriate Arabic lessons for primary school students, focusing on foundational reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Utilize a variety of creative and interactive teaching methods, including stories, songs, games, visual aids, and cultural activities, to make learning Arabic enjoyable and effective.
- Create a positive, immersive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation, confidence, and early language acquisition.
- Observe and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of individual learners.
- Collaborate effectively with other primary teachers and staff to integrate Arabic language learning across the curriculum and support overall student development.
- Communicate regularly and clearly with parents regarding their child's progress and classroom activities.
- Contribute to a vibrant, collaborative, and professional team environment at Kompass Education.

What You'll Bring:

- **Native or near-native fluency in Arabic** and excellent command of English.
- **Proven experience teaching Arabic to primary school-aged children.**:

- A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., Bachelor's in Education, specializing in Arabic or Primary Education) or a degree in Arabic Language/Literature.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their linguistic and cultural development.
- Creativity, enthusiasm, patience, and a nurturing approach to teaching.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with modern pedagogical approaches for primary language acquisition is a strong plus.
