Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Account Manager to oversee and support our team of teachers. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for instructors, ensuring smooth operations, clear communication, and effective coordination between teachers and account managers.

Responsibilities:


• Serve as the primary contact for teachers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.


• Maintain full knowledge of each teacher's classes, subjects, and performance.


• Handle and resolve any teacher-related cases or issues, including conflicts with students, by communicating with the Account Manager & Retention team.


• Track and manage teachers' availability, ensuring schedules are accurate and updated.


• Coordinate and manage any hour adjustments or schedule changes.


• Ensure smooth communication between teachers and other departments to maintain high operational standards.


• Support teachers to deliver the best possible learning experience for students.

Requirements:


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, operations, or education management.


• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).


• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.


• Experience in education or e-learning operations is a plus.
