Accounting Manager (Experienced in Supply, Distribution, and Direct Sales – Non-Service Sector)
Group Description
Brickmaker Cement Products Group started its journey in January 2010 as a specialized supplier of building materials. The group quickly established strong relationships with major construction and real estate development companies in Egypt and became a successful partner in leading real estate projects due to its ability to meet customers' needs in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's full accounting cycle, with a specialized focus on the supply, distribution, and direct sales sectors (Retail/Key Accounts):
- Full General Ledger Oversight:
Including preparing journal entries, trial balances, balance sheets, and income statements. - Accurate Customer Account Management:
Focusing on
Key Accounts
and
Retail
sales, ensuring accuracy of invoicing, collections, and periodic reconciliations. - Route and Sales Management:
Reviewing and analyzing sales representative reports and reconciling inventory with sales and supply operations. - Financial Analysis:
Preparing periodic and analytical financial reports, and performing
Forecasting
and budgeting to support executive decision-making. - Audit and Tax Compliance:
Overseeing tax reports (VAT, etc.) and supporting external auditors.
Job Requirements and Specifications (Mandatory)
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Accounting) minimum. - Experience:
Minimum of
10 years
of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role. - Essential Sectoral Experience:
Direct and required experience
in
Supply/Trading and Distribution
companies that handle sales representatives and defined delivery routes. - Advanced Technical Skills:
Excellent command of
ERP Systems
(such as Oracle, Odoo) and Microsoft
Excel
(advanced level is mandatory). - Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

المهام الوظيفية الرئيسية
سيكون مدير الحسابات مسؤولاً عن الإشراف الكامل على الدورة المحاسبية للشركة، مع تركيز خاص على قطاع التوريدات والبيع المباشر وحسابات العملاء والموردين (Retail/Key Accounts):
- الإشراف الكامل على الحسابات العامة:
بما في ذلك إعداد القيود اليومية، موازين المراجعة، والميزانيات العمومية، وقوائم الدخل. - إدارة ومتابعة حسابات العملاء بدقة:
يشمل ذلك
الحسابات الرئيسية
والتجزئة، وضمان دقة الفواتير والتحصيلات والمطابقات الدورية. - إدارة خطوط السير والمبيعات:
مراجعة وتحليل تقارير مبيعات المندوبين، ومطابقة المخزون مع عمليات البيع والتوريد. - التحليل المالي:
إعداد التقارير المالية الدورية والتحليلية، والموازنات التقديرية (Forecasting) لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية. - التدقيق والالتزام الضريبي:
الإشراف على إعداد التقارير الضريبية (ضريبة القيمة المضافة، الخ) والتعامل مع المدققين الخارجيين.
متطلبات الوظيفة والمواصفات (يجب توافرها)
- المؤهل العلمي:
بكالوريوس تجارة (محاسبة) كحد أدنى. - الخبرة:
خبرة لا تقل عن
10 سنوات
في المجال المحاسبي، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في منصب إشرافي/إداري. - الخبرة القطاعية الأساسية:
خبرة
مباشرة وضرورية
في شركات
التوريدات/البيع والتوزيع
التي تتعامل مع مندوبي مبيعات وخطوط سير. - مهارات تقنية متقدمة:
إتقان ممتاز لأنظمة
ERP
(مثل Oracle, Odoo) وبرامج مايكروسوفت
Excel
(مستوى متقدم جداً).

مهارات شخصية:
قدرة قيادية عالية، مهارات ممتازة في الاتصال وحل المشكلات وإدارة الوقت.
