Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Degla ,El Maadi for a Front Desk & Academic Operations Coordinator. The role includes managing front desk operations, responding to inquiries, maintaining smooth communication with students and staff, and supporting daily academic operations. Responsibilities also involve scheduling, coordinating resources for classes, and assisting in administrative tasks to ensure efficient and professional academic services.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Responsibilities:
- Welcome students and visitors professionally
- Handle inquiries via walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Assist students with registration, scheduling, payments, and general support
- Maintain a professional and organized front desk and waiting area
- Serve as a communication link between students, teachers, and management
Academic Operations Responsibilities:
- Manage teacher schedules and ensure classes run on time
- Oversee Google Sheets and ensure teachers update logs correctly
- Handle class serial numbers and track student credit hours
- Collect tuition fees and record payments in Zoho Books
- Update student and class data in Zoho CRM
- Respond quickly to students and leads on WhatsApp
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Coordinate with teachers, accounting, and management
Candidate Requirements:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Skilled in Google Sheets
- Able to work with Zoho CRM and Zoho Books (or learn quickly)
- Fast multitasker who can work under pressure
- Presentable and confident at the front desk
