**Clinic Manager** WE ARE HIRING FOR A MEDICAL CENTER IN DAMMAM, KSA "Onsite Clinic Manager" **Job Summary**: Clinic Supervisors are responsible for organizing and overseeing the daily activities of a healthcare facility. They manage staff, communicate with different departments, and ensure utmost patient care amongst other duties. They should be confident and professional administrators with communication and IT skills that will contribute to the efficient day-to-day activities of the healthcare facility. **Operational Responsibilities** 1. Follow up daily clinic schedule, securing smooth operation according to schedule 2. Daily follow up on both Customer care and reception 3. Optimize clinic utilization 4. Handle and problem solve operational matters 5. Maintain communication with both Psychologists and Psychiatrist to maintain clinic schedule 6. Reviewing daily revenue 7. Enhance staff daily tasks completion 8. Handle and supervise customer care and solving customer complains **Administrative Responsibilities**: 1. Orientation and training of newly hired Customer Care / Receptionist 3. Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance to policies and procedures 4. Improve and enhance management system 5. Quarterly employee evaluation based on KPIs 6. Weekly Auditing both Customer care and receptionist performance 7. Monitor and review of Finance & Accounting 8. Manage governmental issues 9. Accumulate progress reports and decision making 10. Follow up on new projects/programsetc. 11. Maintain high Quality Control 12. Follow up with digital marketing **Requirements**: 1. 3-5 years of experience in hospitals or private clinics in supervisory or managerial level 2. Able to handle operational hassles and hiccups and a multi-tasking 3. Able to problem solve, attend to details, work under pressure 4. Good communication and negotiation skills 5. Good time management and setting priorities 6. Able to supervise and control clinic staff 7. Fluent both English and Arabic, speaking and writing 8. Age range max 35 10. Open to all nationalities 11. Must have accounting and finance experience and knowledge. 12. Must have medical insurance knowledge and experience. 13.
