Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Clinical Manager will oversee clinical operations, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. The responsibilities include managing home care services, implementing training programs for clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of effective medical services, and driving continuous quality improvement within the organization. The role will also require coordination with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Clinical Operations and managing Home Care services
  • Proficiency in Medicine, with a strong understanding of clinical practices
  • Expertise in developing and delivering Training programs for clinical staff
  • Proven ability to implement and sustain Quality Improvement initiatives
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and on-site working environment
  • Previous experience in healthcare management is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in Medicine, Healthcare Administration, or a relevant field
