we are hiring **Clinical Project Lead (CPL)** residing in Egypt to join our growing clinical operations team.

**Position**: Clinical Project Lead
**Location**: Egypt(Resident)
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical trials across multiple phases within KSA and GCC.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and CROs to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, SFDA regulations, and company SOPs.
- Oversee study budgets, risk-based monitoring strategies, and quality governance frameworks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for study sponsors, investigators, and regulatory authorities.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years in clinical operations with demonstrable project leadership experience in clinical trials within KSA or GCC.
- **Regulatory familiarity**: Hands-on experience with **SFDA/IRB submissions**, **local site contracting**, and **vendor/CRO oversight**.
- **Competencies**:

- Strong project leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management
- Proven expertise in risk-based monitoring and quality oversight
- Solid financial acumen and budget/timeline management
