Position Overview:

We're looking for a Clinic Manager
— a
dentist
who is passionate about both
clinical excellence

leadership in management
.

This role is ideal for a dentist who wants to transition toward
practice management, operations, and team leadership
, while staying close to the world of dentistry.

As a Clinic Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership to oversee daily operations, optimize patient experience, and support the growth and performance of the dental team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality service.
  • Lead, motivate, and coordinate the dental team across specialties.
  • Ensure operational excellence in scheduling, materials, and patient coordination.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to strategic improvements.
  • Act as a bridge between the clinical team, patient services, and management.
  • Participate in business development and marketing initiatives for the clinic.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS or equivalent).
  • 3–5 years of clinical experience.
  • MBA or an equivalent in Healthcare Management
  • Strong interest in
    management, leadership, and business development
    within dentistry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational mindset and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • A resident of 6th October or Sheikh Zayed.
