we are hiring Clinical Project Lead (CPL) residing in Egypt to join our growing clinical operations team.

Position: Clinical Project Lead

Location: Egypt(Resident)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical trials across multiple phases within KSA and GCC.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and CROs to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, SFDA regulations, and company SOPs.
  • Oversee study budgets, risk-based monitoring strategies, and quality governance frameworks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for study sponsors, investigators, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in clinical operations with demonstrable project leadership experience in clinical trials within KSA or GCC.
  • Regulatory familiarity: Hands-on experience with SFDA/IRB submissions, local site contracting, and vendor/CRO oversight.
  • Competencies:
  • Strong project leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Proven expertise in risk-based monitoring and quality oversight
  • Solid financial acumen and budget/timeline management
