This role is a critical leadership role responsible for spearheading the development and execution of the business unit strategy & strategic commercial initiatives that drive profitability and achieve organizational goals for Nawy. This senior position demands extensive experience in strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a visionary leader who can align operational processes, enhance commercial tools and

procedures, and drive significant business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Development of Commercial Plans**:

- Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive commercial plans that align with company profit and loss (P&L) objectives.
- Develop long-term strategic goals and actionable plans to achieve these objectives.
- Drive the development and execution of strategic initiatives to support business growth.
- Ensure plans are innovative, strategically sound, and effectively implemented.

**2. Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate teamwork and effective communication across the organization.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to harmonize objectives and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.

**3. Performance Tracking and Analysis**:

- Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics against predefined targets.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize business strategies.
- Foster a data-driven culture within the team and organization.

**4. Operational Process Enhancement**:

- Work closely with the operations to improve work processes and enhance funnel efficiency.
- Implement best practices to optimize KPI performance and conversion rates.
- Develop and refine strategies to align with evolving market conditions.

5.** Product Process Enhancement**:

- Collaborate with the product team to improve product efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure product enhancements align with commercial objectives and customer needs.
- Drive innovation in product offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

**6. Demand Generation Strategy**:

- Develop and implement a robust lead acquisition strategy.
- Collaborate with performance marketing, sales, and other relevant departments.
- Optimize lead generation channels and processes to maximize quality lead flow.

**7. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence**:

- Continuously assess market needs, trends, and competition.
- Identify and align new business opportunities with organizational goals.
- Develop strategies to maintain a competitive advantage in the market.

**8. Team Leadership and Development**:

- Build and lead a high-performing commercial strategy team.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven, and innovative team culture.

**9. Financial Management**:

- Develop and manage the budget for the commercial strategy department.
- Ensure financial targets are met and aligned with overall company goals.
- Implement financial controls and risk management strategies to protect and grow profitability.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, engineering, or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in previous commercial roles.
- Proven experience in a management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
