**Job purpose**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical **Senior Commercial Specialis**t to join our team in Maadi. In this role, you will owe the performance of new services, manage their profitability and ensure smooth collaboration across multiple departments. You will be working closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and drive business growth.

**What You’ll Bring In**:

- Lead the end-to-end commercial management of new services, including ownership of their P&L.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure market-fit and proper go-to-market strategies.
- Coordinate with sales and customer support teams to monitor performance, identify challenges, and propose improvements.
- Analyze commercial data and performance reports to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support pricing, positioning, and expansion strategies.
- Drive initiatives to improve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present periodic commercial performance reports to internal stakeholders.
- Support negotiation efforts with external partners and vendors where applicable.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the technology or financial services sectors.
- Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and commercial acumen.

Pay: From E£15,000.00 per month
