QA Senior Specialist

Location: Maadi Technology Park

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We're hiring an experienced QA Senior Specialist to ensure our call center maintains the highest quality standards. This role involves auditing calls, evaluating agent performance, and driving continuous improvement across our patient service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit calls and evaluate agent performance for accuracy, professionalism, and compliance.
  • Provide constructive feedback and individual improvement plans.
  • Conduct regular calibration sessions and maintain QA standards.
  • Recommend process enhancements to improve the overall patient experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within a call center environment (preferably healthcare).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
