Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist based in Cairo. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, establishing and adhering to quality management standards, performing quality audits, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Additionally, the role involves identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies to maintain high-quality deliverables across teams.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes

Fluent in english (B2+)

  • Experience in Quality Management practices and systems
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
  • Skills in conducting Quality Audits with attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective communication, reporting, and teamwork skills
  • Experience in customer service, technology, or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
