Position Summary:

We are seeking a
Bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist (French & English)
to join our quality team in
Maadi
. The QA Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer interactions to ensure high service standards, compliance, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and audit calls, chats, and tickets for French & English accounts.
  • Provide detailed feedback and coaching to enhance agent performance.
  • Prepare reports on performance trends and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with operations to implement process improvements.
  • Support adherence to internal and client quality frameworks.
  • Contribute to maintaining COPC, ISO, or client-driven quality standards.

Qualifications:

Fluent in
French and English
(spoken and written).

Previous experience as a
QA Specialist
in a contact center environment.

Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
