Senior Pre-sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pre-Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by providing expert technical and strategic guidance during the pre-sales process.
As a key member of the sales team, He will collaborate closely with sales executives, product managers, and technical teams to develop tailored solutions that address the unique requirements of our clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and solution demonstrations.
- Collaborate with sales executives to develop compelling value propositions and tailored presentations.
- Lead technical discussions with clients to address questions, concerns and objections.
- Develop and deliver high-quality proposals and other pre-sales collateral.
- Stay updated on product features, enhancements and roadmap.
- Provide feedback from the field to product management and development teams to inform product strategy and roadmap.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting or technical sales roles within the software industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through effective pre-sales support.
- Strong technical background and ability to understand complex software solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
