**Job Description** Role Summary/Overview**

The Sr. Manager Marketing Partnerships is responsible for shaping and executing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen Talabat’s position in Egypt. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management to deliver impactful business results.

**Role Scope**
- Develop and implement comprehensive partnership strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships aligned with company objectives.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, ensuring ROI and alignment with strategic goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and key stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Support senior leadership in shaping business development priorities and contributing to long-term growth strategies.

**Skills & Qualifications needed**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in business development or partnerships, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and work cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with adaptability to evolving market conditions.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
