Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing strategy and execution for multiple tech startups.
  • Manage and grow a small team of marketers.
  • Manage partnerships with agencies, influencers, and media.
  • Plan and run campaigns across different channels: Social, content, email, etc.
  • Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints.
  • Work closely with startup founders and product teams.
  • Analyze performance and optimize based on data and KPIs.
  • Brainstorming advertising ideas with senior management
  • Oversee all digital platforms and campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, website, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations to drive business growth
  • Control marketing budget and report on ROI

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in tech/startups.
  • Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting
  • Experience planning successful product launches and events.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for brainstorming ideas to increase product or service demand
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Worked with early-stage startups or built a marketing function from zero.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities
