is a digital marketplace that connects parents and students with all nearby educational services — schools, nurseries, tutors, online courses, activities, transportation, and more. Our mobile app is the core of the entire experience.

We are currently looking for a
Marketing Manager
with solid expertise in
Mobile App marketing
and
startup environments
, capable of driving app growth through data, not intuition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    user acquisition
    end-to-end — from strategy to execution of UA campaigns, monitoring performance, and continuous optimization.
  • Build and manage
    user retention
    strategies from day one until users become consistently active.
  • Conduct
    cohort analysis
    to understand user behavior, retention drivers, and drop-off points.
  • Manage and analyze
    funnel metrics
    : App page visits → Downloads → Signups → Activation → Repeat usage.
  • Develop and execute
    ASO (App Store Optimization)
    to boost organic installs.
  • Oversee
    feature launches
    from a marketing standpoint: messaging, campaigns, ads, in-app and off-app communication.
  • Ensure strong
    product–marketing alignment
    with the Product and Tech teams.
  • Build and implement
    marketing automation
    across multiple channels (Email, SMS, In-App, Push).
  • Design and manage
    CRM workflows
    tailored to different segments and behaviors.
  • Develop a smart
    push notifications strategy
    that increases engagement without overwhelming users.
  • Apply
    product-led growth
    principles where the product features themselves drive acquisition and retention.
  • Track and improve key engagement metrics:
    Engagement / DAU / MAU
    .
  • Manage and optimize
    CAC for mobile
    across all acquisition channels.
  • Lead and optimize
    activation processes
    , including onboarding flows and in-app guidance.
  • Conduct
    A/B testing
    on screens, messages, campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to design and interpret
    in-app events
    , connecting them to marketing objectives.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in
    Mobile App Marketing
    , preferably in
    Startups, Marketplaces, or SaaS
    environments.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • User Acquisition
  • Retention
  • Cohort Analysis
  • Funnel Metrics
  • Product-led Growth
  • Proven experience managing
    UA campaigns
    across platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) with deep focus on CAC optimization.
  • Demonstrated success in
    ASO
    , improving rankings and conversion rates from store visits to installs.
  • Ability to analyze
    Engagement / DAU / MAU
    metrics and translate insights into actions.
  • Practical experience with
    marketing automation
    and building
    CRM flows
    based on in-app user behavior.
  • Strong experience designing and implementing
    push notification strategies
    using segmentation and behavior triggers.
  • Solid A/B testing experience across screens, messages, campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Good understanding of
    analytics tools
    for tracking in-app events and connecting them to marketing KPIs.
  • A
    product-minded
    marketer who can work seamlessly with Product Managers and Tech teams as one unit.
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken).
