We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist
with 1–2 years of experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance. Experience working with
fashion brands, medical brands, or tourism brands
is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
  • Manage and publish content across platforms including
    Facebook
    ,
    Instagram
    ,
    TikTok
    ,
    Twitter
    , and
    LinkedIn
    .
  • Write engaging copy for posts, campaigns, and video scripts.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality visuals and short-form videos.
  • Monitor and analyze performance using tools like
    Meta Business Suite
    and
    Google Analytics
    .
  • Manage community interactions, respond to comments/messages, and enhance audience engagement.
  • Stay updated on social trends and apply them creatively to brand content.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on performance, growth, engagement, and conversions.
  • Support in planning and coordinating paid advertising campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
  • Previous experience with
    fashion, medical, or tourism brands
    is a strong advantage.
  • Strong creative writing and content creation skills.
  • Solid understanding of platform algorithms and engagement tactics.
  • Ability to use analytical tools and interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and community-management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools such as
    Canva
    or
    Adobe Photoshop
    .
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
