Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Marketing Operations position located in Qesm El Obour. The Senior Marketing Operations professional will be responsible for overseeing marketing strategies, conducting market research, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing plans, analyzing market trends, coordinating with the sales team, and managing customer interactions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute all types of events & activations, coordinating with internal and external parties all executional details
  • Conduct market visits for the following purposes:
  • Checking on the POP materials status and need for maintenance
  • Reporting the competition new activities at the distributors' POP/POS
  • Reporting the issues and marketing support gaps with our clients'
  • Propose and execute the POP/POS merchandising ideas as well as coordinating this with internal relevant parties and external service-providers
  • Assist in setting the Marketing budget, tracking marketing expenses and reporting monthly the updated spent-vs.-budget updates
  • Coordinate the e-shop product range, bundles, offerings and promotions with the sales department, customer service and brand manager to propose campaigns and offerings on the e-shop
  • Execute Tie-up projects, co-branding projects, sponsorships and partnerships with other entities
  • Conduct secondary data and campaign performance analysis (sales & data analysis)
  • Compile marketing reports from marketing operations, customer service and digital platforms on a monthly basis to the marketing superiors

Qualifications:

  • B.A. Degree in Business, Marketing or Communication
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing, event management and marketing logistics
  • Advanced Coordination and time-management skills
  • Computer and MS Office skills
