Mention Digital Marketing is seeking to hire a professional "Sr. Art Director" by the following criteria:

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Set the creative direction, design guidelines, and visual standards for digital campaigns and brand assets.
  • Ensure brand integrity by maintaining consistency in typography, color schemes, and design language across all materials.
  • Overseeing and optimize design formats and layouts for different social media platforms, ensuring mobile-friendly and responsive visuals.
  • Ensure that all social media assets, ad creatives are visually engaging and meet marketing objectives.
  • Review and provide all first approvals on all design assets to ensure brand consistency, high visual impact, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Work closely with Studio and client relations team to
    a
    lign design concepts with campaign goals, audience insights, and social media engagement strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, act as a first line support for ensuring creativity and consistency in all visual outputs.
  • Set clear goals, performance expectations, and designing standards for the team.

Professional / Academic requirements:.

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in graphic design with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesigns.
  • Ability to translate concepts into compelling designs.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and crisis management
  • Strong management skills to manage the team to achieve their objectives
