Mention Digital Marketing is seeking to hire a professional "Art Director" by the following criteria:

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Determine the visual elements used to reflect the agreed upon concept
  • Develop look-and-feels for the required designs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques/trends within the field to update job knowledge
  • Produce sketches, storyboards, layouts, designs, etc.
  • Conceptualize the required designs
  • Make sure that all team members visual outputs are delivered in a timely fashion
  • Carry out, ensure or oversee visual amends according to clients' specifications
  • Assess/report progress of team members to the creative director
  • Resolve/troubleshoot operational problems within the graphic design team
  • Review graphic materials to validate their appropriateness to the brand
  • Make firm design decisions when called for

Professional / Academic requirements:.

  • 10+ years of experience, Social Media background is a must
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Conceptual abilities and art direction in a variety of mediums, including print, social media and interactive
  • Ability to collaborate, manage multiple projects at once, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working on national brands and multi-channel campaigns
  • A portfolio featuring campaign work, strategic art direction and conceptual thinking
