Job Purpose

The Commercial Executive will support the Commercial Department by ensuring smooth

execution of supplier agreements, accurate planogram (POG) preparation and compliance,

and strong coordination between suppliers, operations, and branches. The role is primarily

operational, with a strong focus on follow-up, execution, and reporting to guarantee

commercial initiatives are properly implemented at branch level.

Key Responsibilities


• Prepare and update Planograms (POGs) for all branches in alignment.


• Monitor and report on POG compliance, ensuring correct implementation.


• Follow up daily with suppliers regarding deliveries, shortages, invoices, and payment

alignment.


• Coordinate new product launches: pricing, availability, placement, and in-store

visibility.


• Support promotions, bundles, and activations with suppliers and branches.


• Prepare and share weekly dashboards on order status, supply performance, and branch

compliance.


• Liaise with Operations and store managers to resolve execution issues promptly.


• Support category expansion by handling administrative follow-up for sourcing and

onboarding new products.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.


• 2 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or merchandising.


• Strong skills in coordination, follow-up, and execution.


• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.


• Strong communication skills


• Very good command of English language


• High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
