We are seeking an experienced
General Manager
to lead and scale our operations in
Egypt
. This role is responsible for driving commercial and operational performance, shaping business strategy, establishing strong leadership structures, and ensuring sustainable growth in line with the company's global vision.

Role Profile

  • Lead end-to-end business operations in Egypt, including production, supply chain, sales, and finance
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with global growth targets
  • Ensure operational excellence, efficiency, and quality standards across production facilities
  • Build and manage high-performing local teams; foster strong leadership culture
  • Drive P&L performance, budgeting, cost control and financial discipline
  • Manage government, commercial, and external stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and safety standards
  • Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline (MBA preferred)
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in production in FMCG, textile, footwear (experience in proven factory & commercial management experience, in footwear production is preferred)
  • Proven track record in general management, P&L ownership, and factory operations
  • Experience working in emerging markets and multicultural environments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in Arabic and Turkish
  • Willingness to be based in Egypt full-time
