Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and manage all commercial documents including contracts, agreements, proposals, and renewals.
  • Maintain direct communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
  • Support the sales & commercial team with day-to-day operations and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all documentation and processes are aligned.
  • Track contract timelines, expirations, and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
  • Prepare and update commercial reports, summaries, and documentation logs.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and supporting existing accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Commercial or Account Management (preferred).
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional English communication (written & verbal).
