What You'll Do:

- **Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in both English Language Arts and Social Studies** to middle school students (typically Grades 6-8), aligning with our school's curriculum standards.
- Develop students' reading comprehension, writing proficiency, critical analysis, and oral communication skills in English.
- Guide students in exploring historical events, geographical concepts, civics, and cultural studies, fostering an understanding of interconnectedness and global issues.
- Utilize a variety of effective pedagogical strategies, including project-based learning, debates, discussions, and technology integration, to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment that encourages active participation, intellectual curiosity, and respectful discourse.
- Assess student learning regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments, participate in curriculum development, and contribute to the vibrant middle school community.
- Communicate clearly and regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress, behavior, and classroom activities.
