Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Early Years Co-Teacher at Palm International School, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Co-Teacher will collaborate with lead teachers to plan and deliver educational programs tailored to young learners, focusing on creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment. Responsibilities include assisting in lesson planning, teaching and managing classroom activities, fostering effective communication with students and parents, and supporting students' emotional and social development through age-appropriate methods and practices.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education methodologies
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Teaching and Training within the early education field
  • Ability to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field
  • Familiarity with The Montessori Method and STEAM education is a plus
  • Creative, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young learners
