At Kompass Education, we believe in fostering a diverse and enriching learning experience right from the start. Our Nursery Section provides a warm and supportive atmosphere where children can explore, discover, and develop a lifelong love for learning. As our English Teacher, you'll play a vital role in introducing our youngest learners to the English language and culture in a creative and age-appropriate manner.

What You'll Do:

- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons for nursery-aged children (typically ages 2-4).
- Utilize songs, games, stories, rhymes, and other playful activities to make learning English enjoyable and effective.
- Create a positive, immersive, and stimulating environment that encourages active participation, curiosity, and early language acquisition.
- Gently observe and track children's progress, adapting teaching methods as needed to support individual learning styles.
- Collaborate effectively with other nursery educators and staff to integrate English language learning into daily routines and thematic units.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents regarding their child's language development and classroom activities.
- Contribute to a vibrant, collaborative, and professional team environment at Kompass Education.

What You'll Bring:

- **Native or near-native fluency in English** (C1/C2 level preferred).
- **Proven experience teaching English to young children** (nursery or kindergarten age is essential).
- A relevant teaching qualification or a degree in Early Childhood Education, English Language/Literature, or a related field.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their holistic development.
- Creativity, enthusiasm, patience, and a nurturing approach to teaching.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with early years curricula and pedagogical approaches.
