What You'll Do:

- Develop and deliver engaging lessons in various areas of computer science, which may include programming (e.g., Python, Java, C++), data structures, algorithms, web development, cybersecurity, robotics, or computational thinking, depending on the curriculum.
- Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Assess student understanding and progress through diverse methods, providing constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Adapt teaching strategies and materials to cater to the diverse learning needs and styles of students across different age groups and proficiency levels.
- Stay current with advancements in computer science education and technology, integrating new tools and concepts into the curriculum.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic performance and classroom activities.

What You'll Bring:

- **A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Education (with a specialization in Computer Science), or a closely related field.**:

- **Proven experience teaching Computer Science** to students at the school level (e.g., middle school or high school).
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python).
- Deep understanding of fundamental computer science concepts and principles.
- Excellent pedagogical skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for learners of various ages and abilities.
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and a patient, adaptable approach to teaching.
- Exceptional classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for technology and a desire to inspire the next generation of innovators.
- Experience with educational technology platforms or robotics/coding clubs is a plus.
