**Head HR / HR Business Partner Egypt & Lebanon**:
**Mobility is the goal****:

- Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Consult and support Line Managers in all personnel and leadership topics, talent management, succession planning as well as performance management.
- Responsible for implementing operational HR activities level and ensure compliance with legal, internal/external requirements.
- Deliver timely and qualitative recruiting and talent management activities.
- Channel company support and expertise to the company functions.
- Manage all aspects of employee relations, including the mechanisms, systems, and actions necessary to ensure levels of employee engagement consistent with the goals of the company.
- Ensure harmonization of HR activities across Branches in the company and in alignment with global framework.
- Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
- Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization's human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.
- Monitor and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Develop and implements departmental budget.
- Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
- Strong analytical and Problem Solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
- Through knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters degree preferred.
- 15+ years of human resource management experience required.
